At this time, we do not accept change of mind returns. Refunds are only possible if you have received an incorrect item, a defective item, a damaged item or if an item is missing from your order. For these cases we’re here to help! Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to request for a refund.
If something’s gone wrong with your order, please live chat with us or email us at email@example.com together with some images and a description of the issue you’ve faced. Do note that returns must meet the some other conditions to be approved:
- Item must be in its original purchase condition and packaging must be unopened.
- Item must be returned with the official receipt / invoice.
- Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- Items purchased on sale are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

When your return is approved, we will credit your account with store credits equivalent to the refund amount so that you can shop again with ease.
