Most payments are processed immediately. Once the order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. If you believe payment was successful but you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have a registered account, you can view all past orders under My Account. You can also check to see that the status of the order is set as ‘Order Submitted, which means that your order has been successfully received.
In an unlikely event that you see an order status called ‘Pending payment’ in your account, this means that the payment has not gone through. Get in touch with us via e-mail at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
If an order status is set to ‘Cancelled’, it means that the order was unsuccessful and you will need to place another order.
